General Provisions for Goods/Services Suppliers

1. Eligible Goods/Services Suppliers include domestic and foreign business entities, including Joint Venture Companies, Consortia, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Subsidiaries, Factories, Workshops, Sole Agents/Agents/Distributors, Specialized Experts, SMEs, Cooperatives, and Individual Businesses.

2. The Vendor Registration Form must be completed and approved, qualifying the supplier as an (AVL) partner, or passing the prequalification for non-AVL vendors and vendors for direct purchases not listed in the AVL Vendor List.

3. Sign an Integrity Pact for each procurement of Goods/Services.

4. Possess the professional requirements, technical and managerial capabilities based on specific experience, human resources, capital, equipment, and other adequate facilities.

5. Comply with legal regulations to operate as a supplier.

6. Have the legal capacity to sign contracts.

7. As a taxpayer, fulfill the most recent year's tax obligations.

8. Suppliers participating in the procurement process must not be included in the Blacklist or use/partner (sub-contract) with other suppliers who are blacklisted according to the sanctions regulations.

9. The company/management must not be undergoing legal proceedings or subject to criminal or civil sanctions with Aerofood ACS.

10. Not under court supervision/not bankrupt or in the process of business termination.

11. The above supplier requirements can be listed in the announcement for becoming a Work Partner Supplier on the E-Procurement website.
